Raw material preparation
Main ingredients: epoxy resin, polyester resin, unsaturated resin as the base material.
Additives: hardeners (such as organic amines), accelerators, fillers (such as quartz sand, talc powder), plasticizers and other functional additives.
Batching and mixing
According to the formula proportion, materials such as epoxy resin and curing agent are weighed in accordance with the specified proportion.
The base material, filler and accelerator are mixed evenly in a high-speed mixer to ensure the homogenization of the material.
Defoaming treatment
The evenly mixed material is placed in the vacuum equipment for defoaming treatment to remove the bubbles generated during the mixing process and ensure the compactness of the finished product.
