Accept Factory Inspection By Third-party Testing Agency

The customer group from South America accounts for 30% of our company's customer base. Last week, we accepted the factory inspection requirements from new customers from South America.
We have regulations with our clients regarding the factory inspection agency, which is not convenient for us to disclose. However, I can share the process. At eight o 'clock in the morning, we received the personnel sent by the factory inspection agency. In the morning, we conducted document and certificate checks, and then went down to the factory for an on-site inspection. We led the inspection personnel to carry out on-site QC testing of the products.After that, we are ready to finish the work. We fill in the documents and confirm the acceptance of the inspection results. Finally, this Monday we received the deposit from the customer.
