- Product Usage
1.Use the tightening tool to tighten the convex nut to the appropriate torque. Note: The convex nut has the same strength grade as the ordinary hexagon nut, so the same torque as the ordinary hexagon nut can be used.
2.Manually screw the concave nut onto the convex nut until it does not move. Note: Before tightening the concave nut, ensure that there is a pitch between the two nuts, otherwise it cannot achieve sufficient locking effect.
3.After manual tightening, use the torque wrench to tighten the concave nut to the values specified in the HARDL0CK standard torque value reference table. Note: For best locking, use a torque wrench.
4.Even if the installation is tightened according to standard requirements, there may still be small gaps between the concave and convex nuts due to bolt diameter tolerances. Note: Regardless of whether there is a gap, normal installation will have sufficient locking effect.
