The Hollow Anchor Rod

The hollow anchor rod is a supporting component that achieves grouting reinforcement function through its hollow design. It is widely used in tunnels, mining, slope stabilization, and underground engineering. The rod body is made of seamless steel pipe, and the hollow design allows for high-pressure grouting, ensuring that the mortar fully wraps the rod body and enhancing its anti-corrosion performance.
The hollow anchor rod is divided into the free section and the anchoring section: the free section transmits prestress, and the anchoring section can enhance the bearing capacity. The grouting effect needs to be checked regularly to ensure the stability of the anchoring force. If the performance deteriorates, it should be repaired or replaced.
The interior of the hollow anchor rod should be kept clean to prevent debris from blocking the grouting channel. After grouting, the sealing performance should be checked.
During storage, it should be protected from moisture and impact. Protective covers should be added to the threaded parts of the rod body to avoid contact with corrosive substances.
