Split Set Rock Bolt

Split Set Rock Bolt is a new type of anchor rod that provides full-length anchorage and actively reinforces the surrounding rock. Its three-dimensional part is a longitudinally slit high-strength steel pipe. When installed in a hole with a diameter slightly smaller than the pipe diameter, it can immediately apply radial pressure to the hole wall and prevent the surrounding rock from sliding. Combined with the supporting force of the anchor rod tray and plate, the surrounding rock is placed in a three-directional stress state and achieves rock layer stability. In cases such as blasting vibration and anchor movement, the post-blasting anchoring force significantly increases. When the surrounding rock undergoes significant displacement, the anchor rod does not lose its supporting resistance. It has better characteristics than the expansion shell-type anchor rod.
