Shaped anchor bolts

The special-shaped anchor bolts are pre-installed components customized according to specific requirements. They are mainly used for the foundation fixation of large equipment such as steel structures, tower cranes, and power equipment. The shapes are diverse, including 7-shaped, 9-shaped, umbrella-shaped, L-shaped, etc. The materials are mostly carbon steel or stainless steel, and the surface treatments include hot-dip galvanizing, blackening, etc.
Common Specifications and Applications
7-slot type / 9-slot type: Suitable for pre-drilled anchor fixation of heavy machinery (such as tower cranes), featuring anti-slip and earthquake-resistant properties.
Umbrella-shaped / L-shaped: Often used for reinforcing the foundations of outdoor equipment such as street lamps and power supports, capable of withstanding significant lateral forces.
Welded plate type: With a welding base or flange structure, suitable for large equipment (such as industrial equipment foundations), and it is not likely to loosen after installation.
Material and Properties
Carbon Steel: Q235 or Q355 grade material, with black surface finish or hot-dip galvanizing treatment, with strength grade up to 8.8, in accordance with GB 799 standards.
Stainless Steel: Made of 304/316 materials, it has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for outdoor or humid environments.
